| Description: | I am reaching out to let you know that we have received a request to host the UChicago Board of Trustees dinner in ERC 161 on Nov 6th. They will be in need of the room from at least 2pm and into the late evening. Unfortunately, this conflicts with the KICP/Astro Colloquium scheduled for that afternoon. Can the colloquium be relocated to 401, or another location, for this date? I apologize for yet another conflict and I appreciate your continued flexibility in sharing the space.
